Steam remains the most effective way to move large amounts of heat around a plant. It carries substantial energy per kilogram, transfers that energy rapidly on contact, and can be distributed through piping to many processes from a single generation point. Eau Chauffage steam boilers cover the fuel types, pressure ranges and layouts industrial operations actually run on.
Oil and gas models in the WNS, LSS and SM series are clean, rapid to bring online and simple to automate, with low-nitrogen condensing options where emissions regulation is strict. Coal-fired DZL and SZL boilers use chain-grate stokers that feed fuel continuously for steady output where solid fuel is the most economical local option. Biomass DZH units burn wood pellets, agricultural residue and organic waste, cutting fuel cost and supporting near carbon-neutral operation. Electric WDR boilers generate steam without combustion for facilities where flue gas is unacceptable or clean-room conditions apply.
Layout is usually decided by the space available. Horizontal fire-tube boilers offer large capacity and generous water volume that absorbs sudden load swings well. Vertical designs deliver serious output from a much smaller floor footprint, which is often decisive in a crowded plant room. Skid-mounted and quick-assembly packages arrive pre-built and pre-wired, cutting installation and commissioning time significantly.
Operating cost is dominated by fuel, so combustion efficiency and heat recovery decide the economics over the life of the plant. Equally important is feedwater quality, because untreated water causes scale that insulates heat transfer surfaces, raises fuel consumption and shortens boiler life. Our systems integrate water treatment, instrumentation and automatic controls to protect both efficiency and equipment.
Pressure vessels are engineered to ASME standards and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system. Review the steam boiler range below, or send us your steam demand, pressure requirement and fuel availability for a specification.
