The SZL Series Coal-Fired Boiler is a high-performance water tube boiler designed for industrial and domestic applications. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical processing, food production, textiles, pharmaceuticals, building materials, hospitals, paper, tobacco, central heating, and more.
This boiler adopts a quick-loading or assembly structure:
For smaller capacities (2–4 t/h), it uses a quick-loading water pipe design, fully pre-assembled in the factory.
For larger capacities (6–25 t/h), it is composed of two large parts—the upper heating surface and the lower combustion chamber.
Key performance features:
Efficient structure: Upper section acts as the heating surface, while the lower section is the combustion chamber, ensuring optimal heat transfer.
Water cooling walls: The front and sides are arranged with water-cooled walls, absorbing radiant heat effectively. Exhaust gas is processed through economizers and dust collectors, ensuring clean operation.
Modular design: The boiler body includes front, back, and convection tube bundles with integrated economizers, assembled as one compact unit.
