Industrial heat is a process input. It sterilises, dries, cleans, cures and drives production, and when it stops the line stops with it. Eau Chauffage industrial systems are specified for facilities where thermal output must be continuous, controllable and safe under sustained load, across manufacturing, food processing, textiles, chemicals and district heating.
The range covers steam boilers in horizontal and vertical designs fired by oil, gas, coal or biomass; hot water boilers including vacuum units for closed-loop heating with reduced scaling risk; thermal oil heaters for processes needing high temperature at low pressure; skid-mounted packages that arrive pre-assembled to shorten site installation; and hot blast stoves for direct hot-air generation in drying applications.
Choosing between steam, hot water and thermal oil comes down to the process. Steam carries a large amount of energy per kilogram and transfers heat quickly, which suits sterilisation and rapid process heating, but it demands water treatment and pressure management. Hot water systems run at lower pressure and are simpler to operate, making them appropriate for space heating and moderate process temperatures. Thermal oil reaches high working temperatures without high pressure, which is why it is chosen for asphalt, chemical reactors and presses.
Fuel choice then follows local economics: gas for clean and controllable operation, biomass where renewable feedstock is available, and coal where solid fuel is the lowest-cost option. Integrated water treatment, instrumentation and automatic controls keep operation within safe limits and reduce the burden on plant staff.
